• Attribution to Art-ificial is appreciated but not required

3. AI Generation

Our AI image generation service:

• Does not guarantee specific results from prompts
• May produce unexpected or unintended outputs
• Filters inappropriate content automatically
• Retains the right to refuse generation of harmful content

4. Purchases and Refunds

Digital products (prompt credits) are non-refundable once purchased. Physical products may be returned within 30 days if defective or damaged during shipping.

5. User Content

By using our service, you grant Art-ificial a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute images generated through our platform for promotional and improvement purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Violate any person's privacy or rights
