All orders ship free within the United States via standard shipping. No minimum order required.

Timeline

  • Production: Every piece is printed to order. Canvas prints and tapestries typically enter production within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: Standard shipping takes 3–9 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check order status from your Orders page.

Packaging

Canvas prints are carefully packaged in protective corners and a sturdy box. Tapestry wall hangings are folded, wrapped, and shipped in a mailer designed to prevent creasing. All orders arrive ready to hang.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Because every piece is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of everything we ship.

We'll make it right if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality doesn't match what you ordered
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • Your order was lost in transit

In any of these cases, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Common Questions

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working on — follow us on social media for updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production begins quickly, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can make changes or cancel it.

What if my tapestry arrives wrinkled?

Light creasing from shipping is normal for fabric products. Hang your tapestry and any creases will fall out within a day or two. You can also use a steamer on low heat to speed things up.
